R&D Capability

The labs of the technology center consist of performance lab and materials lab which have passed the certification of CNAS17025.

The performance lab mainly conducts more than 30 experiments related with hub bearings. With 44 sets of various testing equipment, it has become the outstanding hub bearing testing lab in China. The materials lab has 13 sets domestic and foreign high-level equipment, and it mainly conducts material composition and performance testing, metallurgical analysis, product failure analysis, etc.

The Technology Center has 134 technicians, including 51 senior engineers and engineers. It has been successively honored as Engineering Technology R&D Center for Car Hub Bearing Units of Hubei Province, Postdoctoral Industrial Base of Hubei Province, Postdoctoral Research Workstation, and Enterprise Technology Center. The Center has gained 54 national patents (including 6 invention patents) and participated in the formulation of 4 national standards and the revision of 2 national standards. It can conduct new product research and development synchronously with machinery manufacturers.
